Bio

Bio: My name is Amy I am the owner and creator of Phunky Threadz. I am a 27 yr. old, married, mother of two great children Rachel(8) and T.J(3). 

I have always had a love for crafting and creating as young as kindergarten. I started sewing at the age of 13, and have been going strong ever since. My whole working career has revolved around sewing and crafting. I have worked for a clothing manufacturer, and at two different crafting stores in the area for over six years. After the birth of my second child I decided to start creating to make a living, and this also allows me to be a stay at home mom. I have been doing craft sales, and Fall Fairs in the area for five years. I have also been selling my creations in local stores for over three years. I decided that it was time to share my creations with the world, and that is how Phunky Threadz was born.

 

 

My Creations: Over the last couple of years I have started realizing the need for Eco-Friendly kids clothes, as well as toys, and jewelry. I work hard on designing new ideas or changing an idea I have made before. I sew all my creations on a Kenmore sewing machine and a Kenmore serger. Most of my fabric are organic, and some are cotton or wool.
